Welcome and Share

On arrival our front desk associates will warmly greet you and ask you to fill out a health questionnaire. Kindly mention any illness history, past/present injuries, surgeries, allergies and other physical conditions we should be made aware of. You will be served a welcome drink in time. After introduction to your therapist for more information with an intention of delivering the expected outcome – be it pain relief, general relaxation, increased circulation, etc.

Tip
Arriving 15 minutes early for your appointment will give you time to complete your paperwork and take a few minutes to relax and unwind.

Core Session

Our therapist will then lead you to a peaceful, Spa suite where a comfortable massage table dressed with soft cotton towels or sheets await you. A small box for your personal belongings ( such as jewellery, wallet, wrist watch, and mobile phone) is available for your use. Your massage therapist will leave the room and wait outside while you disrobe, wear the disposable inner-wear placed on the massage table. Once done you will gently knock on the spa suite door and the therapist shall enter the suite. You will then lie on the massage table and shall be promptly covered by a large towel/ sheet.

You will always be well draped during your therapy and an additional towel is available at your request. The therapist will only uncover the part of the body they are working on while the rest of your body is well covered. Therapist shall enquire with you on if the room temperature, music volume, lighting and aroma is as per your comfort and shall modify as per your request. Once the therapy starts you will be asked on the extent of pressure that feels comfortable to you.

If you are having a facial your therapist will perform a skin analysis on your face to determine the type of facial best suited to you. Then you will be given a brief overview of your skin condition and description of the facial. Except the express facial all our facials includes cleansing, toning, massage, mask, and treatment.

Tip
Some guests like to talk while others remain silent during a session. Do what suits you and the therapist will follow your lead.

Complete and Re-Book

On completion of your session your therapist will leave the room so you may shower ( if required) and re-dress. Your therapist will wait outside the room for you and then take you back to the front lounge where you may wear your footwear, settle the payment, fill the feedback form, purchase product as suggested by our experts and book the next appointment.

Our massage therapy sessions vary from 60 to 90 minutes duration exclusive of a 5 minute pre-interview, 10 minutes to shower and redress and 5 minutes at the end to complete payment and book your next session.

Tip
Drinking herbal tea / water after a therapy flushes out the minerals that were released during your therapy, rehydrates the muscles, reduces potential soreness and gently awakens your system. It is normal to feel sleepy earlier than usual when you have had a good massage.
While massage is recommended once a week (or even more frequently), facial therapies are recommended once a month as the skin cells take as long to regenerate.

Who should not have a Massage

Pregnant ladies, those suffering from any major illness, those suffering from open wounds and contagious and non-contagious skin diseases, those who have had recent fractures, surgeries, cancer, those suffering from cancer or any debilitating disease such as tuberculosis or neurological, muscular or bone diseases.
