1- Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel within this timeframe, you may reschedule without incurring additional charges. Cancellations made beyond this timeframe will not be subject to fees.
2- Unavailability of Services: If unforeseen circumstances, such as therapist unavailability or equipment issues, prevent us from providing a service, we will offer you an alternative service, reschedule your appointment, or provide a full refund, based on your preference.
3- Dissatisfaction with Services: Should you be dissatisfied with the service received, please notify our staff immediately. We will strive to address the issue promptly, and if you remain unsatisfied, we will offer you a refund or credit towards a future service.
4- Gift Vouchers: Please note that no cancellations or refunds are applicable for gift vouchers.
